Acting Head of Research
Kate joined Sarcoma UK in February 2021. Her role involves leading and developing the charity’s research programme and strategy, working with the research community and people affected by sarcoma, ensuring the research we fund can have the biggest possible impact.
Kate has a keen interest in how science and research can impact and connect with people, and prior to joining Sarcoma UK, she completed a master’s degree in Science Communication at Imperial College London.
In her spare time, Kate enjoys choral singing, cooking and spending time in the great outdoors.
