When our campaigns go live or our magazine goes out, the volume of post can be overwhelming. We need to open letters, bank donations, and update records fast so that we can thank our donors promptly. You act as our “pressure valve”, ensuring that even when we are busy, our administration runs smoothly and securely.
What’s Involved
- Opening: Sorting through the daily postbag during peak times.
- Uploading: Scanning cheques and logging them so our Finance team can process them.
- Cleaning: Managing the return to sender pile to keep our mailing list clean and cost-effective.
- Assisting: Simple data entry tasks to support the team.
