This study is a phase 1 trial looking at the drug AVA6000. Researchers want to understand its safety and side effects in people with advanced solid cancers, including soft-tissue sarcomas, that cannot be removed with surgery or have spread to other parts of the body. It is open to patients whose tumours are likely to be FAP-positive and who have limited treatment options.
