Mother-of-two talks of ‘terrifying’ sarcoma journey after she was misdiagnosed

Radhika Thakrar told Leicestershire Live about her terrifying sarcoma ordeal after being misdiagnosed for nine months.

A lump on the 35-year-old’s neck was initially thought to be a thyroid issue but turned out to be liposarcoma. The tumour grew to 12.5cm before it was removed.
