When it comes to sarcoma, does size matter?
Often called the forgotten cancer, sarcoma isn’t just rare it’s largely unknown; only 1 in 10 people have ever heard of it. That’s why for this year’s Sarcoma Awareness Month we wanted to create something a little different. We wanted to create a campaign which helped to share our message through humour.
It’s crucial that our message to get symptoms checked reaches the near 90% of people who have never heard of sarcoma. Humour is a powerful way to reach people and we’re hopeful that this campaign can get the message across in a memorable and impactful way this Sarcoma Awareness Month.
Humour engages, it’s memorable and it unites – three key requirements to successfully raise awareness. Therefore, ‘does size matter?’ was created. A campaign designed to raise awareness and a smile.
Located at 7 key service stations nationwide our campaign ads will reach almost half a million people, hopefully encouraging a giggle while increasing public awareness and knowledge of sarcoma.
