Our team are here to help make it as easy as possible for you to carry out their final wishes.
We also understand that some of you are acting as executors are dealing with the death of a loved one. We have included information on our bereavement support at the bottom of this page to help you during this time.
We ask that you notify us of the name and address of the person who has died. If they are on our database, we can make sure we stop sending anything to their address.

- Write to us at Sarcoma UK, 1 St John’s Lane, London, EC1M 4AR. Please be mindful that our staff team are currently working remotely part-time. Our post will be checked a couple times a week so there may be a delay in receiving and responding to any post.
Making a donation as an executor
If you need to make a donation to Sarcoma UK as part of your role as the executor of someone’s will, there are two main ways to do this.
Send a cheque: You can send a cheque made payable to ‘Sarcoma UK’ to our office address at Sarcoma UK, 1 St John’s Lane, London, EC1M 4AR.
Make a donation to our bank account: Please contact us using the details above for our bank details, we would ask that you use a recognisable reference so we can easily find your donation.
We ask that you include a short note telling us the name and address of the person who has died along with the contact details for their next of kin so we can send our thanks for their loved one’s support.
Other charity addresses
Our registered charity address is often used in a will. If the will was written before 2025, this may include our old office address. Our previous addresses include:
- 49-51 East Road, London, N1 6AH
- 17-18 Angel Gate, City Road, London, EC1V 2PT
We do have a post redirection in place for these addresses, however there will be a long delay in receiving any communication sent to these two addresses.
Bereavement support
We know that as an executor you may be dealing with the practical arrangements and the final wishes but you may also be dealing with your own grief.
We also have a support hub on our website for bereavement and an online bereavement support group, which you may find useful. Please remember we are always here to support you.
