Host a Cuppa & Cake for Sarcoma UK!
By hosting your own coffee morning, or as we prefer to call it at Sarcoma UK, a Cuppa & Cake event, you will be helping us to raise money and awareness for this rare cancer, and make a difference to those affected by sarcoma.

How: We have put together a handy check list, along with lots more resources, to help you host an incredible Cuppa & Cake event. Just complete the form at the bottom of this page and we will send you everything you need to host a successful Cuppa & Cake event.
Why: When you host a Cuppa & Cake event you are making a difference for those affected by sarcoma. The money raised goes toward funding important research, campaigning to make changes, supporting those affected by sarcoma and enables us to continue raising awareness.
How do I collect donations?
We recommend setting up your Cuppa & Cake fundraiser through JustGiving. Adding pictures and text about why you’ve chosen our charity and details about your Cuppa & Cake helps to raise awareness and boost your fundraising.
An online giving page also means that your friends, family and colleagues can support your fundraiser even if they can’t make it on the day. All money raised through JustGiving comes directly to Sarcoma UK, hassle free.
Can I collect cash donations?
Absolutely! Our physical Cuppa & Cake packs have cardboard collection boxes included to make handling cash a ‘piece of cake’. If you need extras for your event please do reach out to our fundraising team.
After your event, you can send these funds to the charity via cheque, bank transfer or via our website donation form. Please feel free to contact the fundraising team via email: fundraising@sarcoma.org.uk or telephone: 0207 856 0445 for further instruction.
What materials are available?
We have a whole pack of digital materials available to help you promote your event – fill out the form at the bottom of this page to receive yours!
We would also be happy to send you a physical Cuppa & Cake pack, which includes both Cuppa & Cake and Sarcoma UK branded items. We will post the resources you need to you, once you have your Cuppa & Cake event confirmed – just make sure you let us know as soon as you have done this, to ensure as much time as possible to post the resources to you!
