Glyn is CEO and co-founder of the strategic content and communications agency Touchline, which works for international organisations such as the International Olympic Committee, the World Health Organization, UEFA, World Rugby and the World Trade Organization.
After surgery to remove a myxoid liposarcoma in January 2011 – the same month that Sarcoma UK was launched – he joined the charity’s Board of Trustees, initially motivated by his personal experience and a desire to see better information and more support for everyone affected by sarcoma.
He became Chair of Trustees in October 2017 and says: “Sarcoma UK is at a hugely exciting stage of development, with impressive and sustained year-on-year growth and a newly-refreshed strategy. The Board is focussed on delivering its mission to fund ground-breaking research, support people with sarcoma, and increase public awareness.”
Glyn lives in Hertfordshire with his wife Katy and their two teenage children and is currently planning a trek up Mount Kilimanjaro to raise funds for Sarcoma UK.
