Refreshing your settings in Chrome can often fix problems accessing web pages.

1. In Chrome on the far right of the screen click the Three Vertical Dots (box in red)

2. Select Settings

3. Select Privacy and Security section, then the Clear Browsing Data option

4. Select Time Range - All Time

Select options:

Cookies and other site data

Cached images and files

Then clear data

5.  Go back into the Clear Browsing Data option and this time select the Browsing and Download options with Time RangeLast 7 days

Then Clear data.
