Sarcoma UK launches its biggest national awareness campaign to date with the release of a major new report entitled The Loneliest Cancer The report gives a frank snapshot of what the current sarcoma landscape looks like in the UK, and reveals how sarcoma and a general lack of awareness around the cancer can have a devastating impact on both patients, their families and friends, from diagnosis through to treatment.
This week we’re launching a manifesto for cancer patients along with 28 other cancer organisations. We’re calling on the next Government to drive up the UK’s cancer survival to be among the best in the world.
This Impact Report report is testament to what we’ve done and achieved which is thanks to our passionate band of supporters who, despite increasingly uncertain times, have continued to support Sarcoma UK.
The Team Sarcoma: Community page on Facebook is your place to celebrate your achievements. It’s a place to show your photos and videos; to hear your stories; to find out about events and to get inspiration.
