The Sarcoma Support Group for East Anglia was formed in 2012 by a group of sarcoma patients who were encouraged to do so by Dr Stubbings (Consultant Oncologist at the NNU — who has a special interest in sarcoma cancers) and with the assistance of Sarcoma UK.
Our meetings allow the chance for sarcoma patients, their carers & family to come together on a regular basis (if they choose to) and chat over a cup of tea or coffee. The support that these meetings provide often helps people coping with sarcoma to deal with all matters concerning their sarcoma experience.
Our meetings are completely informal.
You don't even have to chat about sarcoma if you don't want to. We often just talk about what's happening in our lives other than sarcoma and that's good too.
